LPN has launched a new campaign 'Extended Payment Terms Up to 5 Years' to help customers own homes during the COVID-19 crisis by reducing their mortgage burden for up to 5 years or 60 months, starting from today until May 15, 2021, with a sales target of 1 billion baht.

 

Ms. Panadda Kachornsiri, Assistant Managing Director of L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited (LPN), discussed the impact of the new wave of COVID-19 that began in April, which has directly affected homebuyers' confidence in their future income. Despite the ongoing demand for housing, the company has launched the campaign 'Extended Payment Terms Up to 5 Years' along with free transfer fees to alleviate the mortgage burden, with the company covering payments for the first 5 years. It is believed that the COVID-19 situation will improve, and this initiative is part of the company's strategy to boost sales in the second quarter of 2021.

 

Under the campaign 'Extended Payment Terms Up to 5 Years', LPN will assist customers with their mortgage payments for up to 5 years or 60 months, with a maximum monthly payment assistance of 13,000 baht for 11 participating condominium projects. Customers can choose the duration for LPN's assistance: 30 months with a maximum of 13,000 baht per month, 40 months with a maximum of 9,750 baht, 50 months with a maximum of 7,800 baht, and 60 months with a maximum of 6,500 baht. This offer is valid from today until May 15, 2021, and the campaign also provides discounts of up to 35%, with prices starting at 1.38 million baht and free transfer fees of up to 120,000 baht. The company aims to generate 1 billion baht in revenue from this campaign, Ms. Panadda stated.
